Modifications are only possible if the order hasn’t been prepared or shipped:

• To change items: Request item changes here if your order is unprepared or unshipped.
• To change delivery address: Request an address change here if your order is unprepared or unshipped.

No changes can be made if preparation has started or the order is shipped, but you may return it within 14 days if needed.
