Once your order is confirmed, our team starts to prepare it quickly. Changes can only be made if the order isn’t yet in preparation or shipped:

• If your order is not in preparation or shipped, you can request an address change here.
  
  
• If your order is already in preparation or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.
  
  
• If shipped via Colissimo, you can request a modification directly on the Colissimo website here.
