Once your order is confirmed, our team starts to prepare it quickly. Changes can only be made if the order isn’t yet in preparation or shipped:

How can I change the delivery method?

Unfortunately, delivery methods cannot be changed after the order is placed. 😕Your package will be sent via Colissimo or Chronopost Relay, based on your selected option at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We deliver to all countries in the European Union (EU).

My package was returned to sender, what should I do?

If your package is returned to us, we’ll offer a reshipment or a refund. You will be contacted by mail 🙂
