Return conditions:

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund under the following conditions:

• The item must have its original tags.
• The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Returns must be sent via Colissimo without signature (shipping costs are at your charge).

After processing, an immediate refund will be issued for the item’s value.

Exchange:

We don’t offer exchanges. If an item isn’t suitable, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
